What mesotherapy is
Mesotherapy places very small amounts of a nutrient solution into the dermis across a whole area, rather than a volume of gel in one place. The classic skin-booster cocktail is non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid, which draws water into the skin, with vitamins (B complex, C), amino acids, minerals and antioxidants that support the fibroblasts that make collagen.
The result is skin that is better hydrated from within, with finer texture, more bounce and a healthy reflectance. It is popular in Europe as the maintenance treatment between other procedures, and for areas filler does not suit: the neck, the backs of the hands and the crepey skin around the mouth.
Dr. Toma uses a fine needle or a multi-needle injector for even coverage with minimal bruising.
Skin booster options
The solution is matched to the skin: more HA for dryness, more antioxidants for dullness and sun damage.
| Solution | Contains | Best for | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| HA skin booster | Non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid | Dehydrated, dull, fine crepey lines | Not FDA-approved |
| Vitamin cocktail | HA with vitamins, amino acids, minerals, antioxidants | Tired skin, uneven tone, smokers, sun exposure | Not FDA-approved |
| Booster + PDRN | Skin booster with PDRN | Redness, barrier repair, post-procedure | Not FDA-approved |
Compounded solutions are sourced from a licensed 503A/503B pharmacy and disclosed by name.
Nothing here adds volume or shape. If you want structure, see fillers or collagen stimulators. Mesotherapy is the finish, not the frame.
Neck, décolletage-adjacent neck skin, backs of hands, around the mouth, and the full face as maintenance between other treatments.
