Booking and consultations
- All visits are by appointment. Book by phone or text at (239) 290-5002, or through the form on any page; we confirm by text within one business day.
- A private consultation comes first for every new patient and every new treatment. Treatment may follow the same day when appropriate.
- A card is kept on file to hold your appointment. It is not charged unless a policy below applies.
Cancellations and late arrivals
- Please give 24 hours notice to move or cancel. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, carry a $50 fee.
- Series treatments (Sculptra, Radiesse, PRP or PRF, mesotherapy, Red Carpet Glow) require 48 hours notice; the late fee is $150.
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be shortened or rebooked so the next patient is seen on time.
Deposits
- Collagen stimulators and series treatments require a deposit at booking, applied to your first session. It is refundable with 48 hours notice.
- Deposits are not refundable after a missed appointment but can be moved once to a new date.
Pricing, quotes and offers
- Your quote is written at the consultation and lists the product, the amount (units, syringes or sessions) and the total before anything is placed. Neurotoxins are priced per unit with a minimum fee per visit.
- Prices carry their effective dates. Any offer states its start and end dates and the units or sessions it covers.
- Florida law gives you the right to refuse to pay, cancel payment, or be reimbursed for payment for any other service, examination, or treatment that is performed as a result of and within 72 hours of responding to an advertisement for a free, discounted fee, or reduced fee service, examination, or treatment.
Refunds and results
- Fees cover the product and the doctor's time, so treatments already performed are not refundable. Unopened product that was prepaid is credited to your account.
- A two-week review is included with every neurotoxin and filler plan. Small adjustments planned at consultation are made at that visit.
- Individual results vary. Dissolving filler, if ever requested, is quoted separately.
Photos and consent
- Clinical photographs are taken before and after treatment for your record. They are never shared without your separate written consent.
- Published before-and-after photos use the same lighting and pose, are not retouched, and carry the date of consent.
Medical requirements
- Bring a current list of medications and medical conditions. Treatment is deferred during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with an active cold sore or infection at the site, or within two weeks of dental work.
- Patients must be 21 or older for lip filler and 18 or older for other treatments, in line with product labels.
- Off-label use is discussed and consented to before treatment.
Privacy and messaging
- Text messages are used to confirm appointments and answer questions you send us. We do not send marketing texts.
- Health information is handled under HIPAA. Reviews and messages are quoted publicly only with your permission.
