What the Red Carpet Glow is
An FDA-cleared microneedling device creates thousands of micro-channels in the skin, triggering the skin's own repair response and allowing growth-factor and hyaluronic acid serums to reach where they work. Collagen and elastin are rebuilt over the following weeks; the surface looks tighter and more even within days.
Dr. Toma adjusts depth by zone: deeper over cheeks and scarring, lighter over the forehead and around the eyes. The treatment finishes with a cooling, hydrating mask and barrier-repair skincare. Patients come for the week-two glow before weddings, galas and photo shoots, and return for the series when texture is the goal.
With PRP added, your own growth factors replace the serum; with PDRN, healing time shortens and redness settles faster.
Single glow or series
Pick by goal: one session for an event, three for lasting texture change.
| Option | Includes | Best for | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Red Carpet Glow (single) | Microneedling, growth-factor and HA serum, hydrating mask, home care | Event in 1 to 2 weeks, dullness, enlarged pores | On-label |
| Glow series (3) | Three sessions 4 weeks apart, progressive depth | Fine lines, acne scars, uneven texture | On-label |
| Glow + PRP | Your own platelet-rich plasma needled in | Faster recovery, stronger collagen response | Own tissue |
| Glow + PDRN | PDRN needled in | Redness-prone or barrier-compromised skin | Not FDA-approved |
Add-ons are quoted separately and chosen at consultation.

Like a mild sunburn. Mineral SPF, gentle cleanser, no make-up for 24 hours.

Risks and side effects
Common: redness, warmth and mild swelling for one to two days; dryness and light flaking at days three to four. Uncommon: small bruises, temporary breakouts, post-inflammatory pigmentation in tanned or darker skin if aftercare is skipped. Rare: infection, cold sore reactivation (we pre-treat if you are prone), tram-track marks from aggressive depth, which Dr. Toma avoids by zoning.
Full informed consent is reviewed before treatment. Single-use sterile needle cartridges are opened in front of you.
