When Dr. Toma reaches for Radiesse
- Immediate lift from the gel carrier, then months of collagen stimulation.
- Approved for jawline contour and the backs of the hands (as are Juvéderm Volux XC for the jawline and Restylane Lyft for the hands), and, diluted, for the décolleté with manufacturer training.
- Diluted with saline and lidocaine it is used for crepey skin on the neck, an off-label use that is discussed before consent; the décolleté is on-label only with the manufacturer's training.
